About Grace
Hi, I'm Grace! I am a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor (CIEC) specializing in disordered eating and Intuitive Eating for adults. I love supporting individuals on their journey toward healing their relationship with food, their bodies, and movement through a Health At Every Size (HAES) lens. One of my favorite things to do outside of my job is spend time outdoors with my husband & golden retriever mix dog. :)
Approach to care
I am very passionate about helping my clients break free from restrictive eating/exercise patterns and negative body image thoughts to help them make peace with their bodies and find food freedom. Since movement is a huge part of my personal life, I love helping individuals reclaim movement as a means to bring joy, connection, and memories to their life rather than being a form of punishment to shrink the body. I know first-hand how overwhelming and triggering diet culture can be, which is why I love supporting humans of all body sizes through their intuitive eating journey in an unbiased, judgment-free way!
Your first session with Grace
You can expect our first session to be laid back and conversational - I like to dedicate this time to get to know you & your lived experiences that way I can best support you in this process! We'll go through your history with food, body image, and movement and define any goals you have.
