About Grace
Hi, I’m Grace! I got my BS & MS in Nutrition Science from Texas Christian University and have been a Registered Dietitian (RDN, LD) for 3 years. I’ve worked in private practice and in sports nutrition, translating complex science into practical strategies that help people perform, recover, and feel their best. Outside the clinic I love trying new restaurants, exploring workout classes, and spending time with my friends and family. Wellness isn’t about perfection; it’s about building a sustainable, holistic lifestyle that supports you mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is grounded in evidence, empathy, and partnership. I stay current with research and translate it into clear, manageable steps we can tackle together. We’ll set realistic goals, track progress, and adjust as life shifts. I practice with a Health At Every Size lens, focusing on sustainable behaviors rather than restrictive dieting, and I see you as a whole person — mental, emotional, and physical. My approach is educational as well as supportive, helping you understand why changes matter and how to keep them going for the long term.
Your first session with Grace
Our first appointment is a warm conversation focused on you. We’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, talk about your routines and goals, and start shaping short term steps. There’s no judgment here; you don’t need to arrive with perfect answers. I’ll listen, ask questions, and together we’ll define 1 or 2 realistic goals that feel achievable. You’ll leave with a clear sense of what we’re working towards and how to begin putting small, practical changes in place.

Hobbies
Outside of my professional work, I’m someone who loves trying new restaurants, exploring workout classes, and spending time with my friends and family. These activities help me stay grounded and remind me why I care so deeply about holistic health. Wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about building a lifestyle that supports you mentally, physically, and emotionally.
