About Grace

Hi everyone! I’m Grace, a Registered Dietitian currently based in Wisconsin. While most of my work during the day is in an inpatient setting, I’m excited to continue growing my outpatient skills and building deeper, long-term connections with clients. I’m passionate about helping people develop a healthy, balanced relationship with food and supporting them as they work toward their nutrition and wellness goals in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and aligned with their lives.

Approach to care

I strongly value a patient-centered approach to nutrition care. Nutrition is a deeply personal aspect of life, influenced by culture, individual preferences, lived experiences, and unique health goals. I believe meaningful and effective nutrition care begins with meeting patients where they are, actively listening to their perspectives, and fostering open, trusting communication. By building strong rapport, we can collaboratively create individualized, realistic, and sustainable nutrition strategies that align with each patient’s needs and support long-term health and overall quality of life. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition; thoughtful personalization and relationship-building are essential to successful outcomes.

Your first session with Grace

Our first session is all about you. It’s a relaxed, supportive space where I take time to understand your goals, experiences, and what truly matters to you when it comes to nutrition and health. We’ll talk through your concerns, review any relevant medical history, and explore your eating patterns, lifestyle, and the personal, cultural, and social factors that influence your food choices. From there, we can get down to business, but that first visit is really about hearing your story, understanding why you’re here, and focusing on what’s most important to you.
