About Grace

Grace Hamrick is a compassionate Registered Dietitian, Health Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer based in North Carolina. Specializing in personalized nutrition and wellness support, Grace guides clients through their unique health journeys with a blend of science-based strategies and real-world practicality. As a second-career dietitian with a background in finance, a mom to three boys, and someone living with food allergies, she understands the demands of juggling a career, family, and personal health. Her relatable experiences allow her to offer empathetic, realistic guidance for clients striving to prioritize their well-being amidst life’s many challenges.

Approach to care

Specializing in sustainable lifestyle changes, Grace empowers clients to make lasting improvements, whether they’re managing a specific health condition, optimizing athletic performance, or simply striving to feel their best. Her holistic approach takes into account not just what you eat, but how you live—offering tools to build healthier habits for the long term. Grace believes that nutrition is never "one-size-fits-all." She works closely with each client to understand their unique needs, preferences, and challenges, tailoring her approach to align with their goals. Grace provides the accountability, encouragement, and expertise needed to create lasting change.

Your first session with Grace

Each session lasts 55 minutes. During the initial session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss your goals for our time together. I’ll gather important information, including your medical and health history, any medications or supplements you’re taking, and details about your lifestyle—such as stress levels, sleep, movement, and current food intake. By the end of the session, we’ll likely set one or two personalized goals for you to focus on before our next meeting. My aim is to create a comfortable, open space where we can work together to make sustainable progress toward your health and wellness goals.
