About Grace

Grace has nearly 6 years experience working in the dietetic field, focusing on oncology, diabetes, general health, disease prevention and weight management. Grace believes that food can have a significant impact on how you feel and can empower you to support your body and overall health.

Approach to care

Grace combines evidence-based nutrition science with a supportive and compassionate approach to care to deliver health outcomes and improve patients' lives. Grace has experience working with oncology patients in an outpatient setting for 5 years and has since worked with a variety of patients from those who are managing diabetes, managing cancer treatment side effects, or managing heart disease to those who are working on their relationship with food and intuitive eating.

Your first session with Grace

Grace enjoys building partnerships with her patients to promote their well being and empower them in their health. Grace will take the time to discuss patients' goals and learn about what has been tried in the past. She will take the time to discuss what patients feel has worked the best, and what hasn't and what information they would most like to understand better. Grace will then provide insight on next steps and how to build a sustainable plan together.
