About Grace

Hi! I’m Grace, a dietitian from Phoenix, Arizona. I have three years of experience supporting patients of all ages, backgrounds, and health conditions in both clinical and outpatient settings. I work with a wide range of concerns - including pediatric nutrition, diabetes care, pre/post-natal support, weight management, and GI issues - and I’m committed to making nutrition feel realistic, encouraging, and genuinely approachable. My style is warm, patient-centered, and judgment-free, so you can feel comfortable being honest about your goals and challenges as we work together.

Approach to care

My approach to care is all about creating an open, comfortable space where you can feel supported and heard. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, working toward lifestyle changes, or beginning with limited nutrition knowledge, I meet you exactly where you are and help you move forward at a pace that feels realistic. I believe in focusing on small, sustainable changes that build confidence and meaningful progress over time. I practice through a non-restrictive, balanced lens, where all foods fit and there is no place for guilt or perfection. My goal is to help you feel supported, informed, and empowered as we work together toward healthier habits that truly fit your life.

Your first session with Grace

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and understood. We’ll talk through your health history, current habits, and what you want to focus on. I’ll help you identify a couple realistic goals, and you’ll walk away with a personalized, achievable plan to guide your progress between sessions.
