About Grace

Hello! I'm Grace, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people create a peaceful, supportive relationship with food and their bodies. I specialize in working with individuals navigating disordered eating patterns, feeling stuck in their relationship with food and body, or looking to eat more healthfully and fuel for the activities they love. When I’m not counseling, I enjoy my full-time role as a Menu Specialist, spending time with my family and friends, and staying active.

Approach to care

My approach to nutrition counseling is centered on understanding your unique life, the barriers you may face in reaching your health goals, and partnering with you to find realistic, lasting solutions. While I bring nutrition expertise, I'm not the expert in you. My role is to listen, understand your experiences, and together explore how food and movement can support your goals in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. I strive for a personalized, flexible plan that evolves with you. We'll dig into what's already working, uncover what's holding you back, and build strategies that fit your life. Whether we're exploring your relationship with food and body, addressing disordered eating patterns, improving energy, or navigating nutrition myths, I'll meet you where you are- with curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to helping you build a healthier life that truly feels right to you.

Your first session with Grace

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We'll spend time talking about your background, what brings you here, and what you're hoping to get out of this experience. I'll ask about your relationship with food, your health history, and your life outside of nutrition. This is also a chance for you to ask me any questions and get a feel for my approach to nutrition counseling. I want to make sure we’re a good fit to work together, and that you feel comfortable with me as your dietitian. I’m here to listen and support you every step of the way, so we’ll take things at a pace that feels right for you. I look forward to learning more about you!
