About Grace
Grace is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for sports nutrition and helping people build a healthy relationship with food. She has many years of experience in clinical dietetics and the fitness industry working with athletes to get the most out of their performance. Grace specializes in sports nutrition, disordered eating, general health, vegan/vegetarian diets, gut health, and healthy aging through an inclusive, weight-neutral practice.
Approach to care
Grace believes in meeting patients where they are in their nutrition journey and making small, sustainable changes that can lead to a flexible, healthy lifestyle. She strives to make her clients feel supported in their goals and working with them to find the best approach to nutrition to fit their lifestyle.
