Your first session with Grace
Your first session with Grace is designed to be a supportive and collaborative experience focused on understanding you not just your symptoms or goals, but your full story. Whether you're seeking support for an eating disorder, navigating hormonal changes, or simply trying to build a healthier relationship with food, Grace creates a welcoming environment where you can feel heard and respected. Grace will get a comprehensive Intake and health history to lay the foundation for a personalized care plan that meets you where you are. You and Grace will work together to define meaningful, achievable goals based on your values not a one-size-fits-all plan.
