About Grace

Grace Melrose is a seasoned nutrition expert with over fifteen years of experience in eating disorders, endocrinology, women’s health, and functional nutrition. Her career began at a residential treatment center in Tucson, Arizona, where she developed a deep commitment to helping individuals build healthier relationships with food, body, and self. She has worked across diverse clinical settings, from inpatient hospitals to outpatient care, offering compassionate support. As a retired military member, Grace brings a unique blend of structure, empathy, and adaptability to her practice. She believes true wellness goes beyond nutrition it's about aligning health goals with what matters most in life. Grace empowers clients with practical strategies to foster sustainable growth, resilience, and self-compassion. Grounded by the love of her husband and three children, she understands the real-life demands of balancing wellness with everyday life and helps others do the same.

Approach to care

Grace believes in empowering her clients from day one. You’ll leave the first session with a clear understanding of your next steps whether that’s nutritional guidance, lab recommendations, or behavior change strategies to begin integrating into your life. Her clients describe her as compassionate, insightful, and unwavering in her commitment to helping others thrive. At the heart of Grace’s practice is a deep commitment to helping individuals reclaim their health through compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized nutrition care. Grace brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, lived experience, and heartfelt advocacy to every client she serves. Grace believes that true healing starts with understanding the root causes of physical and emotional imbalances. She uses a functional nutrition approach to explore how factors like hormones, stress, gut health, and lifestyle intersect creating personalized strategies that support optimal health and long-term well-being.

Your first session with Grace

Your first session with Grace is designed to be a supportive and collaborative experience focused on understanding you not just your symptoms or goals, but your full story. Whether you're seeking support for an eating disorder, navigating hormonal changes, or simply trying to build a healthier relationship with food, Grace creates a welcoming environment where you can feel heard and respected. Grace will get a comprehensive Intake and health history to lay the foundation for a personalized care plan that meets you where you are. You and Grace will work together to define meaningful, achievable goals based on your values not a one-size-fits-all plan. She’ll help you clarify what “success” looks like for you, whether it’s healing your relationship with food, managing a chronic condition, or simply feeling more like yourself.
