About Grace

I’m Grace Schulte, a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer based in Michigan. I have experience working in both hospital and outpatient settings—supporting patients in critical condition with nutrition support, including total parenteral nutrition (TPN) and tube feeding, as well as helping clients improve their overall health through balanced eating and physical activity. I’m especially passionate about working with individuals managing diabetes, prediabetes, heart health, celiac disease, and those looking to enhance their performance through sports nutrition. My goal is to help you feel confident in your body and your choices, using an approach that’s practical, evidence-based, and built around you.

Approach to care

My approach is rooted in clinical expertise, compassion, and realistic goal setting. I take time to understand your full health picture—your medical background, lifestyle, and priorities—so we can create a plan that’s personalized, flexible, and sustainable. Whether you’re managing a health condition, navigating nutrition support, or working toward general wellness or athletic performance, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you at a pace that feels manageable and empowering.

Your first session with Grace

In our first session, we’ll talk through your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, eating habits, and goals. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand what matters most to you. You’ll leave the session with a clear, achievable plan and a supportive teammate to walk alongside you as you take the next steps toward better health.
