About Gray

Gray is a compassionate Registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. She provides personalized, evidence-based nutrition care that considers the whole person—mental health, physical well-being, and sustainable habits. Gray has contributed to Verywell Health, co-authored a book on breast cancer and nutrition, and spoken on nutrition and cancer at the Nevada Cancer Coalition, as well as on menopause and nutrition at Stanford Medicine. She empowers clients through education, realistic goal-setting, and holistic support tailored to their unique needs and lifestyles.

Approach to care

Gray meets each patient where they are, offering personalized, achievable guidance rooted in active listening, empathy, and realistic goal-setting. She avoids a one-size-fits-all approach, focusing instead on creating sustainable, meaningful change through education, accountability, and a deep respect for each person’s path to wellness.

Your first session with Gray

In our first session together, my focus is on getting to know you—your goals, your past experiences with health and nutrition, what’s worked, what hasn’t, and where you feel you need more support. We’ll take time to review your medical history and begin to connect the dots between your current health and the vision you have for your future self. Everything we do will center around how I can best support your unique needs and help you move forward with clarity and confidence. By the end of our session, you'll walk away with 1–2 small, personalized goals or habits to focus on—realistic steps to begin making meaningful progress right away.
