Hi, I’m Greg. I’ve spent 13 years as a Registered Dietitian, with a BS in Exercise Science and an MA in Dietetics. My career spans private practice, sports nutrition, and corporate wellness, and these settings have shown me that lasting change happens in daily life, not in a lab. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me outdoors, seeking fresh air and new trails. I’m grateful to help people build healthier, more confident relationships with food, one practical step at a time.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before we meet; we’ll start by identifying short-term goals that fit your life. Together we’ll map practical steps you can begin this week and set up a plan for follow-up that keeps you moving forward with confidence.
