About Grishma
Hi, I’m Grishma. I’m a Registered Dietitian with 15 years of experience and an MS in Nutrition. My work has taken me from clinical settings to private practice and community health, supporting patients with GI conditions, weight management, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, tube feeding, and women’s health. I don’t believe nutrition is one-size-fits-all. I take the time to understand your medical needs, lifestyle, culture, and goals so your plan actually fits your life, today and tomorrow.

I combine evidence-based science with warmth and collaboration. We’ll translate current research into clear, doable steps and I’ll meet you where you are with no judgment. I practice Health At Every Size, focusing on sustainable behaviors and nourishment rather than a quick fix or a number on the scale. My approach is holistic and educational, recognizing how sleep, stress, and routines influence eating, mood, and overall health.
Your first session with Grishma
Our first session is all about you. We’ll review your medical history, labs and biometrics, establish short-term goals, and delve into your relationship with food. This is a judgment-free, low-pressure conversation designed to build trust and partnership. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet. Together we’ll outline 1–2 realistic goals and start crafting a practical meal plan that fits your life and health priorities.
