About Hailey
After 15 years working across hospitals, private practice, community health, dialysis and rehabilitation settings, I bring practical, science-forward nutrition care to people in Lumberton, Texas and beyond. With an MS in Health & Human Performance and my training as a registered dietitian, I focus on helping busy lives find flexible, sustainable habits. Outside of work you’ll find me at concerts, traveling to new places, hunting for great meals, or enjoying a little shopping. Those moments shape how I help patients create balanced, enjoyable routines.
Approach to care
Science guides the plans I share, and your life determines how we make them work. I combine evidence-based recommendations with a warm, nonjudgmental approach so we can take clear, actionable steps together. I practice through a weight-neutral lens, emphasizing behaviors, well-being and long-term habits rather than quick fixes. We’ll consider the whole person, including stress, sleep and your relationship with food, and I’ll support you with education and practical tools so change lasts.
Your first session with Hailey
Expect a calm, judgment-free conversation where we’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring. We’ll take a deep look at your relationship with food, daily routines, strengths and barriers, and then set a couple of short-term goals that feel doable. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Together we’ll create practical next steps and a pace that fits your life, so progress is sustainable and realistic.
