Hi, I’m Haley! I’m a Registered Dietitian with 8 years of experience specializing in sports performance, meal planning, and helping athletes and active individuals fuel for success. I’ve had the privilege of working with Division I athletes, creating tailored nutrition strategies that optimize performance, recovery, and long-term health. But it’s not just elite athletes I love working with—I’m just as passionate about helping weekend warriors, busy professionals, and anyone striving to feel their best through nutrition.
