My name is a Haley and I am a registered dietitian dedicated to helping people feel confident and empowered in their food choices. I focus on evidence-based strategies to support blood sugar control, heart health, and sustainable lifestyle changes through whole-food, fiber-rich diets. I genuinely love food and believe that enjoying the taste of our meals is an essential part of good nutrition. Eating well shouldn't feel restrictive or joyless. Flavor, satisfaction, and cultural connection all matter. I help clients find nourishing foods they truly enjoy, because lasting habits are built on pleasure as much as health.

Your first session with Haley

Your first nutrition session is a collaborative conversation focused on understanding you as a whole (not just your diet!) We'll review your health history, lifestyle, food preferences, and any current concerns or goals you may have. This is also a chance to discuss what has or hasn't worked for you in the past. Together we will identify realistic, personalized goals and outline strategies that feel sustainable and align with your values. You'll leave the session with practical guidance, clear next steps, and a plan that evolves as your needs change.
