About Haley
Hi, I'm Haley! I believe "healthy" means something different for every person. I help women learn how to love their bodies, eat without guilt, and trust themselves again. Your body knows what to do - we just have to listen! Whether you're looking to improve your relationship with food, improve your body image, lose weight, or just eat a lil healthier - I'm your girl :)
Approach to care
I treat each client individually as none of us have the same needs, wants, goals, or motivations! No two bodies are the same, which means each person needs a specialized approach. I have experience helping patients with weight loss, weight gain, managing blood sugar, overcoming disordered eating, and improving their relationships with food and body. I definitely lean toward a food freedom, intuitive eating, all foods fit approach!
Your first session with Haley
In our first session, we will get to know a little bit more about each other and your specific goals! We'll talk about your short-term and long-term goals, what you've tried in the past (what's worked and what hasn't), and we'll create a plan that works for you moving forward to crush those goals!
Education
I have a Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master's of Science in Public Health
Hobbies
My hobbies include walking, reading, coloring, building legos, hot yoga, listening to Bad Bunny and always trying new restaurants!
