About Haley
Welcome to Nourish - I'm Haley! I'm a Registered Dietitian based in beautiful New England. I specialize in a non-diet, weight inclusive approach to nutrition. Im passionate about helping people build a more peaceful and trusting relationship with food and their bodies- without guilt, shame, or rigid rules. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, meeting you where you are and supporting your goals at your own pace. Whether you're navigating chronic health concerns, recovering from diet culture, or simply looking to feel more at ease with eating, I'm here to support you with evidence based care.
Approach to care
As a dietitian, I take a compassionate, client centered approach rooted in intuitive eating and motivational interviewing. I believe that each person is the expert of their own body, and my role is to support individuals in rebuilding trust with their internal cues- such as hunger, fullness, and satisfaction- rather than relying on external rules. Using motivational interviewing, I create a non-judgmental space that fosters open dialogue, helping clients explore their own motivations, values, and goals around food and well being. Together we work to dismantle diet culture messages, promote body respect, and develop sustainable habits that support both physical and emotional health.
Your first session with Haley
The first session will be all about getting to know you - your unique story, your relationship with food, and what matters most to you. We'll start with a conversation about your eating habits, medical history, lifestyle, and any goals or challenges you'd like support with. Theres no pressure to have it all figured out- this is a safe, judgement-free space to explore whats been working, what hasn't, and what you're hoping to change. Together we will create a personalized that supports your long term- well being. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, respected, and supported.
Education
I hold a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Masters of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. I completed my accredited dietetic internship through Framingham State University. My training included clinical nutrition, community health, and food service management with a strong focus on evidence- based, person centered care. I continue to pursue ongoing education to ensure I'm providing the most up- to- date support for my clients.
Hobbies
Some hobbies of mine are hiking local trails with my dog, visiting local farmers markets, and trying out new recipes or baking just for fun.
