About Haley

Hi, I’m Haley! I’m a registered dietitian with experience in nutrition education, counseling, and eating disorder treatment across multiple levels of care (Inpatient, RTC, PHP, IOP, and outpatient). I've worked mostly with clients who have active eating disorders but I'm also excited about helping people become Intuitive Eaters regardless of any diagnosis. I’m passionate about dismantling diet culture and supporting people in finding peace with food and their bodies, while building sustainable habits that truly fit their lives.

Approach to care

My nutrition philosophy is rooted in Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size®. I believe that all foods can fit in a healthy diet and all bodies are good bodies. I do not aid people in intentional weight-loss, but instead try to help their body settle at its preferred weight, which is different for everyone. My goal is to help you feel more at home in your body, rediscover the joy of intuitive movement, and create a compassionate relationship with food that supports both your physical and emotional well-being.

Your first session with Haley

Our first session is all about getting to know you and setting a course for our work together. Here's some topics you can expect to discuss during that first hour: what has shaped your relationship with food and movement, your weight history and eating disorder history (if applicable), your current food intake and related challenges, and your goals for your food intake and relationship with food. I’ll listen closely and ask questions to understand what support feels most helpful for you. Together, we’ll start to create a plan that feels realistic, flexible, and tailored to your needs.
