βHannah has absolutely changed my life for the better. I was struggling with weight fluctuations, restrictive dieting, binge eating, poor body image, food noise, etc. Over this year, Hannah has taught me how food groups impact the body, given me tools to move forward, helped me shift my mindset, and pushed me when it felt hard, but with such compassion. Now I feel free, comfortable in my body, no longer consumed by my weight, and am genuinely happy. I have broken the cycle. I am so, so grateful.β

Approach to care
Nutrition is meant to improve quality of life. My aim is to simplify nutrition and get you on track to have eating behaviors that nourish your mental and physical health through interventions that are specialized for your individual lifestyle and needs.
