About Hannah

Hi, Iā€™m Hannah Bolton, a registered dietitian based in central Alabama. As a proud graduate of the University of Montevallo, Iā€™ve been dedicated to helping individuals on their journey to better health since 2022. My primary focus is on supporting clients with eating disorders, and I have hands-on experience working at a residential eating disorder facility, where I provided compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each personā€™s unique needs. Iā€™ve also gained experience as a clinical dietitian, which allows me to offer a well-rounded approach to nutrition.

Approach to care

My approach to care focuses on fostering a healthy relationship with food, your body, and exercise. I believe nutrition should be a source of joy and nourishment, not stress or restriction. My goal is to help clients embrace intuitive eating by listening to their bodies and cultivating a positive mindset toward food. I prioritize understanding your unique needs and preferences, promoting a holistic view of health that includes emotional well-being and physical vitality. Together, weā€™ll work to create a sustainable lifestyle that honors your journey, allowing you to find freedom and fulfillment in your eating habits and body. Letā€™s embark on this journey toward a healthier, happier you!

Your first session with Hannah

In our first session, Iā€™ll focus on getting to know you and your unique journey. Weā€™ll discuss your background, interests, and what led you here in a safe and welcoming space. Youā€™ll have the opportunity to share your experiences with food, your body, and exercise. Iā€™ll assess your current eating patterns and relationship with your body, exploring your feelings about food and movement. This understanding will help tailor our work to meet your needs and goals. By the end of our session, I want you to feel heard, understood, and motivated to develop a healthier, more intuitive relationship with food and your body. Iā€™m here to support you every step of the way!
