About Hannah

Hello! My name is Hannah, and I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2020. As a passionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian, I am committed to helping individuals cultivate healthy relationships with food. I believe that food is not just fuel but also a way to connect with others and nourish the soul. Outside of my professional life, I cherish spending time with my family, friends, and my dog, and I enjoy exploring new places through travel. Cooking and trying new foods are some of my favorite pastimes, and I love discovering unique restaurants and recipes. Gardening is another hobby of mine, and I find peace in tending to plants while being outdoors. Whether in the kitchen, in the garden, or with loved ones, I am always seeking ways to embrace the joy that food and nature bring to our lives. I look forward to taking this journey with you!

As a Registered Dietitian, my approach to patient care is centered on creating a positive, supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to make lasting changes. I believe that all foods can fit into a balanced diet, and I aim to help my patients develop healthy relationships with food that promote both physical and emotional well-being. I prioritize patient-centered goal setting, focusing on creating attainable, realistic goals that align with each individual's unique needs and lifestyle. I strive to make my patient assessments conversational and relaxed, allowing patients to feel at ease and comfortable in sharing their goals, challenges, and concerns. By fostering open communication and trust, I aim to support my patients on their journey to better health in a way that is sustainable and meaningful.

In your first session with me, you can expect a relaxed and conversational environment where we’ll take time to get to know each other. My goal is to understand your typical day-to-day routine, including your eating habits, likes, and dislikes. We'll also discuss your personal goals related to diet and nutrition, and I'll work with you to identify what's most important for your health journey. This initial conversation helps me tailor my approach to your unique needs and ensures that we set a solid foundation for your progress moving forward.
