About Hannah
Hello! I am a busy wife and mother living with my family in a small town in Utah. I grew up in large family living in a small town in Northern Arizona. After earning my BS in Dietetics from Arizona State University, I completed my dietetic internship in Utah and currently live here with my family. Over the past four and a half years I’ve practiced in the adolescent clinical and mental health setting and also maternal nutrition in my private practice. I love baking/cooking, sewing, thrifting and spending time out on my family's ranch with my kids. I enjoy helping people build sustainable habits that let them eat foods they love while working towards feeling their best.
Approach to care
Support is best! Healthy change is small, practical, evidence-based, and built to last. I ground recommendations in current research while keeping things realistic, compassionate and weight-neutral. We'll work together to understand your relationship with food, set clear action steps, and build sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. I focus on the whole person, including mental and emotional wellbeing, and I make space for questions so you leave each visit more confident and informed.
Your first session with Hannah
Our first visit is a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we’ll review your medical history and take a thoughtful look at your relationship with food. We’ll talk about what’s working, what feels hard, and what you enjoy eating, then set short-term, realistic goals together. You don’t need to have everything figured out, just bring your curiosity.
