Your first session with Hannah
During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss your goals, lifestyle, and any challenges you may be facing. I’ll ask about your medical history, eating habits, and daily routines to get a full picture of your needs. This session is a judgment-free space where we’ll explore what’s working for you, what’s not, and how we can create a realistic plan that supports your long-term success. By the end of our session, you’ll leave with a better understanding of your nutrition needs and some initial strategies to start implementing right away. My goal is to make sure you feel heard, supported, and confident moving forward.
