About Hannah
Hi, my name is Hannah and I have been a Registered Dietitian for 7 years. I graduated from the University of Kentucky. I have worked in many different settings: nursing homes, hospitals, catering, and most recently outpatient nutrition. I have a wide skill set and would love to help you achieve your goals!
Approach to care
I specialize in providing practical, personalized nutrition support for individuals managing chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, gastrointestinal issues, and food intolerances, as well as those seeking healthy lifestyle changes or weight management strategies. I take a compassionate, realistic approach to nutrition—meeting people where they are and helping them build sustainable habits that fit their unique lives. My goal is always to make food feel less overwhelming and more empowering.
Your first session with Hannah
In your first session we’ll discuss your medical history and what encouraged you to make the appointment. We will review what a typical day looks like for you. If you can, try to keep a food log the day before your appointment for us to review. We will set some goals to work on and I will answer any questions you may have.
