About Hannah
Hannah is a registered dietitian based in Texas, where she lives with her husband and their two dogs, Peaches and Khai. With over 11 years of experience, she has supported clients with a wide range of nutrition needs, including weight loss (with or without GLP-1 medications), weight management, weight gain, heart health, anti-inflammatory nutrition, pre-diabetes, womenâs health, longevity, high blood pressure, and emotional eating. Hannah is passionate about working one-on-one with individuals and partnering with them to discover what truly works for their lifestyle. She believes every person is unique and is committed to meeting each client exactly where they are as they navigate their personal health journey.
Approach to care
Hannah's approach centers on meeting you where you are, understanding your unique lifestyle, and working together to create sustainable, realistic changes that fit into your everyday life. Rather than chasing perfection, she focuses on small, meaningful habit shifts and fine-tuning your nutrition to support your goalsâwhether thatâs improving energy, managing a health condition, or simply feeling your best. Through personalized guidance and practical strategies, she will help you discover what works for you and create a balanced approach to eating and living wellâone step at a time.
Your first session with Hannah
In your initial session, Hannah takes the time to truly get to know you and your storyâyour lifestyle, medical history, goals, challenges, and what has or hasnât worked in the past. She wants to ensure sheâs the right fit to support your needs and help you move toward meaningful, lasting change. Her priority is for every patient to feel empowered, supported, and confident in the personalized plan they create together, setting the foundation for long-term success.
