  • Hannah truly cares about her clients and guides them toward making reasonable changes toward a healthy lifestyle. I really feel "progress not perfection" when I meet with Hannah. She understands that diet has an emotional and mental component, which we can help us or hurt us. She is understanding of setbacks and encourages reasonable steps toward goals. She is also very knowledgeable in her area of study and will answer any questions that come up.
