About Hannah
Hi, I’m Hannah! I’ve been a registered dietitian for a little over three years, but my passion for food and nutrition goes way back. That said, my journey hasn’t always been smooth—I’ve had my own struggles with food and body image. Over time, I’ve worked hard to heal my relationship with food, and now I’m passionate about helping others do the same. Hi, I’m Hannah! I’ve been a registered dietitian for 4 years, but my passion for nutrition and fitness goes back much further. My own journey with food hasn’t always been easy—I’ve faced struggles with food and body image myself. Through time and intentional work, I’ve been able to heal my relationship with food, and now I’m committed to helping others do the same.
Approach to care
I practice from a non-diet, sustainable approach to nutrition. You won’t hear me recommending extreme diets or rigid food rules—because we know those don’t work long-term. Instead, I focus on behaviors that truly impact health, such as the foods you eat, how you move your body, and the mindset you bring to both. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and empowered to make food choices that align with your lifestyle and goals.
Your first session with Hannah
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll discuss your current eating habits, activity level, health history, and goals. This is also a space for you to share your challenges and ask questions. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan focused on realistic behavior changes—so you can start feeling better and moving toward your goals in a way that feels doable and sustainable.

In Hannah's spare time, you can find her in a work out class, spending time with her husband and 2 dogs or trying out different restaurants in the OKC area! Hannah enjoys making new recipes, going on walks, attending OU football games and spending quality time with family and friends.
