About Hannah

Hannah is a registered dietitian that specializes in food freedom and pediatric nutrition. Hannah has always had a passion for food and nutrition however has not always had the healthiest relationship with food and her body. Over the years, Hannah has worked hard to make peace with food and is passionate about helping others do the same. Prior to Nourish, Hannah spent 2 years working as a pediatric dietitian. She worked closely with various conditions including Celiac disease, Crohn's disease, picky eating and more. She worked with parents on not only how to nourish their kiddos but also how to foster an environment for children to have a positive relationship with food.

Approach to care

Hannah's approach to care is to make nutrition simple and easy to digest. Hannah practices a non-diet approach and believes all foods fit in our diets. Hannah enjoys educating her patients on how to properly nourish their bodies and achieve their health goals without restriction or dieting. Hannah also has a passion for pediatric nutrition where she works with both parents and adolescents on reducing stress around mealtime and making food enjoyable for the whole family. Hannah's goal is to empower parents to not only have a healthy relationship with food themselves, but also help their children develop a positive relationship with food that can last throughout their lives.

Your first session with Hannah

During your initial session, Hannah will spend time getting to know you and your story. She will ask questions regarding your background, healthy history, current habits/routines and personal goals. Hannah will work with you on creating a plan that is realistic and sustainable for YOU.

Hobbies

In Hannah's spare time, you can find her in a work out class, spending time with her fiancé and 2 dogs or trying out different restaurants in the OKC area! Hannah enjoys making new recipes, going on walks, attending OU football games and spending quality time with family and friends.
