Patient reviews

  • ā€œHannah truly cares about her clients and guides them toward making reasonable changes toward a healthy lifestyle. I really feel "progress not perfection" when I meet with Hannah. She understands that diet has an emotional and mental component, which we can help us or hurt us. She is understanding of setbacks and encourages reasonable steps toward goals. She is also very knowledgeable in her area of study and will answer any questions that come up.ā€œ

  • ā€œHannah is wonderful! The information she has shared is invaluable. I feel better, I'm losing weight, and my bloodwork is fantastic now. I love that she teaches you balance vs dieting. I look forward to continuing working with Hannah. I highly recommend her!ā€œ

About Hannah

Hi, Iā€™m Hannah! Iā€™ve been a registered dietitian for a little over three years, but my passion for food and nutrition goes way back. That said, my journey hasnā€™t always been smoothā€”Iā€™ve had my own struggles with food and body image. Over time, Iā€™ve worked hard to heal my relationship with food, and now Iā€™m passionate about helping others do the same. I focus on food freedom, sustainable weight loss without dieting, and womenā€™s health, including PCOS, hypothyroidism, and Hashimotoā€™s. I also work with heart health and general wellness.

Approach to care

I believe nutrition should feel simple, approachable, and empowering. Understanding how overwhelming nutrition can be, my goal is to help you feel confident and at ease with your food choices. I practice from a non-diet approach, encouraging balance and flexibility while emphasizing that all foods can have a place in your diet. Together, weā€™ll focus on nourishing your body in a way that aligns with your health goalsā€”without the stress of restriction or dieting. Education is at the heart of my practice, and Iā€™m passionate about helping you discover sustainable habits that support your well-being.
