About Hannah

Hi, I'm Hannah. I'm a Registered Dietitian with 9 years of experience and an MS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Ball State University. I've worked in the clinical hospital setting, both inpatient and outpatient. I also worked as a Diabetes Program Coordinator, and I earned the CDCES credential to deepen my work with people managing diabetes. Most recently, I have worked with private practice primary care physicians to help provide nutrition education and support to their patients. When I'm not meeting with clients, you'll find me knitting, camping, cooking, or lost in a good book. I'm driven by curiosity, kindness, and a love of helping people feel confident in their choices.

Approach to care

Together we'll anchor our work in evidence-based science while centering your experience. I listen first, then translate research into practical steps that fit your life, values, and schedule. You'll find me warm and nonjudgmental, and I'll be candid about what's realistic so we move forward with confidence. I practice a holistic approach that honors mental and emotional health, and I'm committed to weight-inclusive, sustainable change that avoids quick fixes yet builds lasting habits. I love turning knowledge into clear choices you can own.

Your first session with Hannah

Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history, lab work and biomarkers, discuss your current routines, and establish short-term goals that feel achievable. I want you to feel heard and supported, not judged, and you don't need to have every answer ready. We'll talk about what has worked in the past, what hasn't, and how nutrition can fit into your priorities. By the end, you'll leave with a clear path and a couple of concrete first steps.
