About Hannah

Hello! I'm Hannah. I've been practicing nutrition therapy for 5+ years now and am Board Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management. I care deeply about helping others cope with their diabetes and empowering them to live a higher quality life. My other specialties include weight loss, GLP-1, sports nutrition, and weight lifting. I hold great value in balance and peace and will always encourage that with your health. I'm very active (beach volleyball, weight lifting, yoga, Pilates) and am eager to come alongside you in your physical fitness journey as well.

Approach to care

My approach is very personalized. I believe that everyone is beautifully unique, which means we each need a unique approach to achieve our health goals. You can expect me to provide you individual macronutrient recommendations and to work with you on making adjustments to foods, nutrients, cooking style, scheduling, etc. according to you and your preferences.

Your first session with Hannah

Our first session will be us getting to know each other, so I will ask a lot of questions about your lifestyle, diet, activity level, etc. We will focus on personal goals, motivations, and barriers to achieving our goals. From there, we can work together to achieve those goals! You can expect me to adapt to your needs and expectations, and consider all aspects of your life and how it influences your health. We will dive deep into your current nutrition and exercise habits, considering your culture, food preferences, budget, medical history, and your overall relationship with food.
