About Hannah
Hi! I'm Hannah- a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping people make peace with food while enhancing their total wellbeing. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across the lifecycle-from prenatal care and infancy to older adulthood-addressing a wide variety of health conditions. I believe that nutrition is never one-size-fits-all, which is why my practice is rooted in a weight-neutral framework and a respect for body autonomy. I am committed to meeting you exactly where you are today, and using empathy and evidence based guidance to improve your health.
Approach to care
My approach is centered on the belief that health is a whole person experience that includes your mental, emotional, and physical life. By incorporating Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® (HAES) principles, I move the focus away from the scale and toward your overall quality of life. I provide patient centered care that honors your lived experience and individual goals. We will focus on health promoting behaviors that feel accessible and respectful.
Your first session with Hannah
I want to make connections and get to know you! In our first session I'll complete a nutrition assessment and ask you lots of questions- health history, lifestyle habits, favorite foods, and more. I'll ask about your health values and goals and we will work together to make positive change.
