About Hannah
I'm Hannah Noland, a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorder care and intuitive eating. My work is centered around helping clients heal their relationship with food, body, and movement. I provide a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can feel seen and understood. Whether you’re struggling with disordered eating, navigating recovery, or simply wanting to improve your health or relationship with food, I walk alongside you with practical tools, education, and encouragement.
Approach to care
I use a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach rooted in intuitive eating and evidence-based care. My goal is to provide a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard while working toward food freedom and recovery. Together, we’ll focus on building flexibility with food, supporting medical and emotional needs, and moving toward a sustainable, balanced way of eating.
Your first session with Hannah
In our first session, I’ll take time to learn about your story, challenges, and goals. We’ll talk through your goals, medical history, eating patterns, and any challenges you’ve been facing with food or body image. Together, we’ll create a plan for ongoing support and small steps to begin your healing journey.
