About Hannah

Hi, I'm Hannah, a Registered Dietitian licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio. Before joining Nourish, I worked in a hospital-based setting delivering medical nutrition therapy and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care in the acute care environment. I’m also the owner of Sole Fuel Nutrition, where I coach endurance athletes and help them fuel confidently for training and competition. As a marathoner myself, I’m especially passionate about the nutrition demands of training, performance, and recovery. I joined the team at Nourish to expand my reach and support more people in achieving their goals related to general health, women’s health, menopause, weight management, and sports and performance nutrition.

My goal is to meet you where you are and help you create a realistic, sustainable approach to nutrition that truly fits your lifestyle. I believe that food should be both nourishing and enjoyable, never restrictive or overwhelming. Nutrition counseling is often a process of trial and error, and what works for one person may not work for another. My approach is collaborative: together, we’ll explore what works best for you and develop strategies that support your goals, preferences, and long-term well-being.

Your first session with Hannah

Your first session is all about understanding you, your goals, and your current relationship with food. We’ll review your medical history, lifestyle, any challenges you’ve faced with nutrition like what has worked for you, and what hasn’t. Together, we’ll identify priorities and create a personalized plan with practical, actionable steps that you can start implementing right away. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear roadmap tailored to your needs and goals, giving you the tools and confidence to take the next steps toward feeling your best.
