About Hannah
Hi, I'm Hannah, a Registered Dietitian based in southern New Jersey. I bring 10 years of experience across clinical hospital and community health settings, and I earned my BS in Nutritional Science from Pennsylvania State University. I translate science into practical guidance with warmth and curiosity, always aiming for lasting change. When I’m not meeting with clients, I love cooking, walking my dogs, surfing, practicing yoga, and hiking. I’m grateful to work with people who want a healthier relationship with food.
Approach to care
I approach care with an evidence-based, empathetic, and collaborative mindset. As an RD, I stay current on research so our plan is grounded in science, yet I never lose sight of you as a whole person. We’ll work together with clear, actionable steps and celebrate progress. I favor a weight neutral, HAES informed perspective and focus on sustainable habits over quick fixes. My goal is to educate, empower, and support you as you shape a healthier relationship with food and your life.
Your first session with Hannah
Our first appointment is a welcoming, collaborative conversation. We’ll take time to understand your goals, routines, and any challenges you’re facing. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; we’ll establish short term goals and create a practical meal plan together. You should feel supported, not judged, and you’ll leave with a clear sense of the next steps and confidence that change is possible. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.
