About Hannah
I am a registered dietitian with a love and passion for food! I discovered the importance of health and wellness at a young age, and enjoy sharing that passion with others. With my experience as a university dietitian, I have a background in meeting with people with a variety of nutritional needs. I love getting to know my clients and creating a safe space for them, and helping them achieve their goals.
Approach to care
I believe in a balanced, sustainable, and enjoyable approach to eating. Rather than following restrictive diets or short-term trends, I focus on nourishing the body with a variety of foods while allowing room for flexibility and enjoyment. Sustainability is about creating habits that are realistic and long-lasting. And enjoyment is essential β food should be satisfying, not a source of stress. My goal is to provide you with a healthy relationship with food that supports your lifestyle. I focus on nourishing foods that promote well-being while also leaving space for the meals and moments that bring joy.
Your first session with Hannah
In our first session we will get to know each other, review your medical history, lifestyle, eating habits, physical activity level and any other factors that might impact your health and nutrition. Then we will then work together to determine areas of change and create sustainable, personalized goals. I will provide a safe and supportive space and am here to help you every step of the way.
