About Hannah
Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a registered dietitian with RDN and LD credentials, and I’m grateful to bring five years of experience to our work together. I earned my BS in Dietetics from Bowling Green State University, and I’ve practiced in clinical and hospital settings, private practice, and community health. I’m committed to evidence-based care delivered with warmth, clarity, and empathy. When I’m not in sessions, I stay curious about how everyday choices fit real life. I’m excited to meet you and learn what matters most to you.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends science with humanity. I believe lasting change comes through practical, sustainable steps, not quick fixes. We’ll work in a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. I practice with a weight-neutral HAES approach, focusing on how you nourish yourself and how you feel in your body rather than chasing a number on a scale. Education is central, so I’ll explain the why behind our plan and invite questions as we tailor strategies to your life.
Your first session with Hannah
Our first appointment is a warm, no-pressure conversation about you. We'll start by exploring your relationship with food, your history, and what you hope to change. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet; we’ll establish short-term goals and begin to map out a simple, workable plan for the coming weeks. I want you to feel seen and supported as we tailor our approach to your life, values, and pace.
