About Hannah
Food has always been a hands-on experiment for me. I earned an MS in Nutrition Science from Southeast Missouri State University. I enjoy cooking, baking, lifting weights, and taking my dog on long walks. Those everyday habits shape how I help patients build sustainable routines that fit real life, not just a plan on paper.
Approach to care
My philosophy is centered on simple, nourishing foods and sustainable habits that support overall well-being. I believe nutrition should be practical and personalized, not overwhelming. I take an empathetic, whole-person approach by considering lifestyle, health history, and personal goals while using evidence-based guidance. My goal is to help individuals build confidence around food and develop healthy habits that last long term.
Your first session with Hannah
In our first session, we’ll take time to talk about your health history, lifestyle, and what you hope to get out of nutrition counseling. This is a judgment-free conversation where you can share your experiences with food, health, and daily habits. Together we’ll look at the full picture and focus on small, realistic changes that feel manageable for you. My goal is to help you build habits that are sustainable long-term, not quick fixes, so you leave with practical steps that fit into your everyday life.
