About Hannah

Whether you're a busy parent looking to improve your family's eating habits, the parent of a picky eater, or a family navigating dietary restrictions or medical conditions, I'm here to provide the support, education, and practical solutions you need to achieve your health goals. Since becoming a dietitian in 2011, I have maintained my specialty certifications in pediatric nutrition (CSP), oncology nutrition (CSO), and have also completed my certification as an intuitive eating counselor. As a mother of two, I am acutely attuned to the need for flexibility across a family lifestyle which makes me a versatile dietitian able to work with clients of all ages.

Approach to care

My role in your nutrition journey is to highlight your nutrition goals in a realistic and sustainable way. I want you to come away from our sessions with tools that ascend beyond the final goal and allow you to continue to see success while also maintaining other life priorities. I utilize research based treatment plans, medical nutrition therapy, realistic expectations, and creative solutions to alleviate the frustration some can experience when trying something new. My goal is to create a safe space where any topic, question, or concern can be brought to the table without judgement!

Your first session with Hannah

The first session will address your history and relationship with food, dissect your personal goals, and establish a solution-focused approach for moving toward those goals immediately. We will identify the types of education and communication that work best for you so that we can have an open dialogue throughout the process.

Education

I graduated with high honors from Cornell University before completing my clinical training at the University of California, San Francisco. I have since spent 12+ years working at the University of California, San Francisco and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Hobbies

I enjoy spending time outdoors, swimming, and traveling.
