About Hannalore
Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics from Oklahoma with 3.5 years of experience in nutrition. I broadly specialize in working with athletes of any level or sport as well as tactical athletes serving in the military or as first responders. And I have a passion for working with those suffering from disordered eating patterns.
Approach to care
I believe an emphasis on one's relationship to food and exercise is the foundation of optimal health, performance, and longevity. Thus, I focus on sustainable dietary changes and evidence-based interventions. I use a blend of counseling theories such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and the transtheoretical model in my practice.
Your first session with Hannalore
I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach for nutrition. Accordingly, our first session will be about getting to know you and what will work for you--What does your day-to-day life look like? What previous experiences have you had with changing eating or exercise habits? What would progress look like to you? From there, we can develop a plan and work towards YOUR goals.
