About Harini

Hi, my name is Harini! I’m a dietitian who’s all about making food feel simple, stress-free, and enjoyable. I don’t believe in quick fixes or strict rules—just real, practical advice that actually works for your lifestyle. My passion is helping people feel good in their bodies, build a healthy relationship with food, and find balance without giving up the things they love. I’m here to clear up the nutrition confusion, cheer you on, and give you tools that make eating well feel doable (and even fun!). Outside of work, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book (I’d love to hear about your latest read!), experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, enjoying a great cup of coffee, or moving through a pilates class. It’s a privilege to work alongside you as we make nutrition something that feels supportive, empowering, and enjoyable.

Approach to care

I take a weight-inclusive, non-restrictive approach, recognizing that health looks different for everyone. Instead of rigid meal plans, I use an “all foods fit” philosophy that encourages balance, variety, and flexibility. My focus is on making nutrition simple and practical—helping you build skills like grocery shopping with confidence, choosing foods you enjoy, and tuning into your body’s own cues. Together, we’ll work toward creating a consistent, peaceful, and enjoyable relationship with food.

Your first session with Harini

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other. I’ll ask about your goals, daily habits, and what you’d like support with when it comes to food and nutrition. We’ll talk through a few easy, realistic next steps—nothing overwhelming or rigid, just ideas that fit into your routine. Think of it as a conversation rather than a plan being handed to you. Most importantly, this is a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can share openly and start feeling more confident about your relationship with food.
