About Harsimran

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over a decade of experience in clinical nutrition, integrative and functional medicine. My work focuses on medical nutrition therapy for chronic conditions, gut health, cardiometabolic health, women’s health, and weight management. I have expertise in vegetarian and culturally tailored Indian diets, along with therapeutic approaches such as low FODMAP, anti-inflammatory, and Mediterranean diets. I also have experience in nutrition support, including tube feeding and TPN, and a strong interest in geriatric care. With a background in Ayurveda and herbalism, I take a holistic, root-cause approach to help individuals achieve sustainable health and wellness.

Approach to care

My care philosophy is centered on a personalized, patient-first approach that addresses the root cause of health concerns rather than just symptoms. I combine evidence-based medical nutrition therapy with integrative and functional nutrition, along with principles of Ayurveda and holistic care, to support the whole person—body and mind. I believe in meeting individuals where they are, respecting cultural food practices, and creating realistic, sustainable nutrition plans. My goal is to empower patients through education, collaboration, and compassionate care to achieve long-term health and wellness.
