About Hayley

I have a passion for helping people enhance their nutrition knowledge to improve overall health and wellness. I've spent 16+ years working as a Registered Dietitian in the hospital setting, various clinics including bariatrics, group nutrition classes, and consulting with all ages. I specialize in diabetes care and education with an approach of diet and lifestyle modification. I love helping parents of children with selective eating habits, food aversions, and/or neurodivergence find new foods to add to their meal rotation.

Approach to care

I ground recommendations in current research, then translate them into simple, manageable steps we'll use day to day. I work in a weight-neutral, behavior-focused way so we can prioritize health without centering weight. Together we'll consider sleep, stress, routines, and how food fits into your life. I'm warm and nonjudgmental, and I pair education with clear, actionable goals so changes stick long term.

Your first session with Hayley

During that first visit we'll introduce each other and review your medical history, lifestyle factors, and any lab work or biometrics you bring. We'll use that context to set a couple of realistic short-term goals together. The conversation is low-pressure and judgment-free, so you don't need to have everything figured out. We'll leave with clear, doable steps you can start right away, and a plan to adjust as we learn what works best for you. We'll highlight your nutrition areas of interest to help navigate topics for future visits. I'll be there for you every step of the way. The most important step that you take is the very first one!
