About Hayley
Nutrition has always been a grounding part of my life, and itâs what led me to support women through some of their most challenging seasons. Iâm a Registered Dietitian with experience in clinical care and NICU nutrition, early intervention, and virtual lifestyle programs, but my deepest passion is helping women in perimenopause and postâmenopause feel more at home in their bodies. My approach blends evidenceâbased guidance with a calm, compassionate style that makes change feel doable. I understand how difficult it can be to make space for yourself when your time and energy are pulled in so many directions, and that perspective shapes the way I support you. Together, we will focus on gentle nutrition, emotional eating patterns, and realistic routines that help you feel grounded, nourished, and confident again.
Approach to care
Evidence and empathy guide my work. I blend scienceâbased strategies with a calm, compassionate approach that helps you make changes without overwhelm. I use a weightâinclusive, behaviorâfocused lens that supports women navigating hormonal shifts, emotional eating patterns, and the feeling of being pulled in many directions. Together, weâll translate research into simple, realistic steps that fit your life. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative, so youâll leave each session with clarity, confidence, and one manageable step forward.
Your first session with Hayley
Expect a calm, judgment-free conversation where weâll review your medical history and talk about the parts of eating and health that feel hard right now. You donât need to have all the answers, just come as you are. Together weâll set short-term goals and pick one small, realistic step to try between visits, so you leave with a plan that fits your schedule and priorities. My goal is to make the first visit low-pressure and practical, so you feel supported and ready to move forward.
