About Hayley
Hi, Iām Hayley! Iām a Registered Dietitian with 21 years of experience helping individuals build realistic, sustainable nutrition habits. Iāve spent much of my career in a high-stress corporate role that required frequent business travel, so I understand firsthand the challenges of eating well while living on the road, managing long workdays, and balancing health with a demanding schedule. As a working mom of a 5-year-old, I also know how easy it is for parents to put their own health and self-care on the back burner while prioritizing their children and family.

My approach to nutrition is practical, flexible, and judgment-freeāfocused on what works in real life, not perfection. I work collaboratively with clients to create personalized strategies that support their goals, fit their lifestyle, and feel sustainable long term. I believe nutrition should be empowering, approachable, and supportive, and I look forward to partnering with you on your health journey.
