About Heather

Heather is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with over 10 years of experience. She has her Masters in Exercise Science and teaches cycling classes. Her interest in nutrition started at a young age fueling for competitive sports and then as a collegiate athlete. She now specializes in chronic disease prevention, chronic disease management and sports nutrition with an intuitive eating and weight-neutral approach. She loves empowering others to make peace with food, feel their best, and find joyful movement. At the end of a busy day, she likes to unwind with a bowl of ice cream next to her dog and husband.

Approach to care

Heather has a passion for combining evidenced based nutrition practices with intuitive eating principles. She will educate and empower you to make informed nutrition decisions that best fit your life and your lifestyle. She will meet you where you are and provide realistic and individualized strategies to help you feel confident, eliminate stress from nutrition and exercise, and ultimately reach your goals.

Your first session with Heather

The first session is the groundwork for getting to know each other. Heather provides a safe, non-judgemental space, and will ask questions about who you are, what your day to day looks like, your health history, and what your favorite food is. Knowing this information will help her help you.
