About Heather

Hi, I’m Heather! I’m a registered dietitian passionate about women’s health, supporting those navigating disordered eating, diabetes/prediabetes, and heart health. Growing up, I struggled with painful, irregular periods and was diagnosed with PCOS in my early 20's. I finally began to understand how nutrition and lifestyle could play a role in managing my symptoms and improving my overall health. Playing sports and competing in bodybuilding at a young age taught me discipline, but it also contributed to disordered eating patterns. Working through that, redefining what health meant to me, and transforming my mindset around food and my body was challenging but it completely shaped my mission to help other women do the same. Today, I help women optimize fertility, improve their relationship with food, and feel their best, all in a way that’s realistic and sustainable for them.

My approach to care is centered around you. I believe in patient autonomy and creating a space where you feel supported, empowered, and in the driver’s seat of your own journey. Together, we focus on realistic, sustainable changes that fit your lifestyle. No foods are off-limits! Nutrition is about addition, not restriction. My approach is always evidence-based, compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique goals, helping you build confidence and make changes that last.

Your first session with Heather

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know all about you. This will include a deep dive into your diet/health history, current eating habits, food allergies, dietary restrictions, preferences, lifestyle, exercise, sleep, stress, and any supplements or vitamins you take. I’ll also ask about your past experiences,—what’s worked, what hasn’t, and how it made you feel. Most importantly, we’ll talk about why you’re here now and what you hope to get out of working together. This isn’t about me giving you a rigid plan or telling you what to do. It’s about understanding your story and helping you in a way that actually fits your life. Together, we’ll create a realistic, sustainable approach that empowers you, supports your goals, and keeps you in the driver’s seat. I’m excited to start this journey with you!
