“I was so impressed with Heather I'm leaving a 2nd review. Not only did she help me prep/recover from surgery, she also heped me make it through an extremely stressful time. I used to be a stress eater, but by learning how to feed my body better, I maintained/ lost weight during this time - a miracle! She also introduced me to all sorts of foods I would not normally have tried and now really enjoy. I now have lifelong eating habits I can maintain :)“

“Heather was the perfect dietician to help me prep for and recover from hip replacement surgery. I had quite a bit of weight to lose but she respected my boundaries of not wanting bariatric surgery & not using GLP-1s. Her approach with me was so much better - teaching me healthy eating habiits that I could and am still maintaining. We focused on increasing fiber & protein & incorporating healthy carbs. My surgery was a complete success. Good nutrition also helped me recover quickly and well. “
