Hi, I’m Helen — a Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of experience helping clients navigate hormonal and metabolic changes that require different strategies — not more restriction, not more cardio, and not more guesswork. As a mom of five, I understand nutrition must fit into a full schedule. I focus on stabilizing blood sugar, preserving muscle, supporting digestion, and building sustainable habits that improve energy and long-term weight management.

Our first appointment is a conversation about you. We’ll dive into your relationship with food, review medical history, labs or biometrics, and clarify your goals. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; we’ll figure it out together during our time. I’ll share clear next steps and we’ll establish short term goals and a practical meal plan designed for your tastes and schedule. You’ll leave with a sense of direction and a plan you feel good about.
