About Helen
Hi, I’m Helen — a Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of experience helping clients navigate hormonal and metabolic changes that require different strategies — not more restriction, not more cardio, and not more guesswork. As a mom of five, I understand nutrition must fit into a full schedule. I focus on stabilizing blood sugar, preserving muscle, supporting digestion, and building sustainable habits that improve energy and long-term weight management.
Approach to care
My philosophy blends education with action. I provide supportive accountability while teaching you the “why” behind each strategy, so you’re not relying on willpower or guesswork. Together, we create structured, realistic goals that fit within your lifestyle and lead to sustainable results.
Your first session with Helen
Our first appointment is a conversation about you. We’ll dive into your relationship with food, review medical history, labs or biometrics, and clarify your goals. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; we’ll figure it out together during our time. I’ll share clear next steps and we’ll establish short term goals and a practical meal plan designed for your tastes and schedule. You’ll leave with a sense of direction and a plan you feel good about.
