About Helen
As a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of clinical experience, I’m passionate about helping clients build a positive relationship with food and create healthy habits that fit their lifestyle. I believe nutrition should feel practical, enjoyable, and sustainable—supporting both your physical health and overall well-being. Outside of work, I enjoy an active lifestyle with my husband, whether we’re working out, hiking, camping, or fishing.
Approach to care
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered. I work alongside you to understand your unique needs, preferences, and goals, empowering you to make confident choices that support lasting wellness. I strive to make nutrition less overwhelming and more meaningful—so you feel supported, motivated, and capable every step of the way.
Your first session with Helen
In our first session, we’ll have a relaxed conversation about your health history, current habits, and the goals that matter most to you. This helps uncover areas that may be affecting your nutrition and overall wellness. From there, we’ll start building a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to your lifestyle. My goal is for you to leave feeling comfortable, encouraged, and confident about taking the next steps in your health journey. I strive to make nutrition less overwhelming and more meaningful—so you feel supported, motivated, and capable every step of the way.
