About Herron
I am a compassionate and culturally sensitive dietitian, dedicated to enhancing nutritional health and wellness among minority and underserved populations through evidence-based dietary counseling, community engagement, and tailored nutrition education. I am also a personal trainer on the side, and I have an extensive background in nutrition for an active lifestyle and athletes of all sports!

I strive to empower my clients through education, compassionate support, and collaborative goal-setting. My goal is to help you build a positive relationship with food and your body. Your first session with Herron
In your first session, we will talk about where you've been, where you are at, and where you want to go in terms of your health goals. We will talk about health history, medications, review a what a typical day of eating looks like for you, discuss food preferences, daily activity, and anything else important to your health goals. Based off of all this information, we will then develop SMART goals for you accomplish in our time together!
